Before you pay
The money questions, answered plainly.
Yes, up to 50 students and 10 teacher accounts. Within that you get the whole product — classes, subjects, a full term of mark entry and a draft report card you can print — with no card details and no time limit. That is a real class or two, which is enough to see exactly what it does before you spend anything.
Two things at once. A plan lifts the free limits to the size of your school — 200, 800 or 1,500 students — and it releases a term's results to parents. When the head teacher publishes, that term is unlocked for the whole school and parents can look any report card in it up by index number from then on.
It depends on the size of your school, not the number of report cards. Starter is GH₵100 a term for up to 200 students, Standard is GH₵250 a term for up to 800, and Premium is GH₵350 a term for up to 1,500. Paying for a semester or a year at once costs less per term than paying three separate times.
You keep using it, within the free limits. Nothing is deleted, nothing expires and nobody is locked out — teachers can carry on entering marks for those 50 students term after term. The two things you cannot do are grow past the free limits and publish results to parents. Everything you entered while you were deciding is still there the day you buy a plan.
No. The school pays once per term and everyone else uses it free. A parent checking results with an index number is never asked for money, an account or an app, and there is no charge per report card or per download.
A student currently on your roll. Students you archive at the end of an academic year stop counting toward the limit, but their past report cards stay in the system and stay searchable by index number.
Yes. Upgrade whenever your roll grows and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you never lose access you have already paid for.
Through Paystack, which takes mobile money — MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo — as well as Visa and Mastercard. Card details are entered on Paystack's own page and never touch our servers.
Write to us within 14 days of a charge and we refund the unused portion of that period, pro-rated. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Terms you have already published stay published — we do not take a child's results back off the internet.
No. Setting up your classes, subjects and teacher PINs is part of the product and takes about twenty minutes. On the Premium plan we do that setup for you and stay on the phone through your first publish, at no extra cost.
No. One payment covers the whole school for that term — creche, primary, JHS and SHS together — and each level can still use a different report card template. You are charged once for the school, not once per level.
Try it on one class first.
Three days is enough to enter a term of marks for one class and see the report card come out the other end. If it is not better than what you do now, you have lost nothing.
