Terms of Service

Effective 11 August 2026. These terms apply between NayyCodes Solutions and the school using Sukuu Report.

1. What this agreement covers

Sukuu Report is software a school uses to record marks, produce report cards and release results to students and parents. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your school, and confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Accounts, teachers and PINs

One person registers the school and becomes its administrator. The administrator adds teachers and issues each a PIN. Handing out access is the school’s decision, and the school is responsible for who holds it.

A teacher’s PIN is shown once, at the moment it is issued. It cannot be read back afterwards by anyone, including us — a forgotten PIN is reset, not recovered. Tell us promptly at nicholasayim81@gmail.com if you believe an account has been misused.

3. Trial and subscription

A new school gets a free trial of three days from the moment it registers. No payment details are required to start it.

After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Prices are shown in the product before you pay and are charged in Ghana Cedis through Paystack. Subscriptions renew for the period you chose unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If a subscription lapses, the school’s data is not deleted. Access to the dashboard is suspended until payment resumes, and the billing page stays reachable so it can be resumed.

We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email. A price change never applies to a period already paid for.

4. Refunds

Write to us at nicholasayim81@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, pro-rated for the part of the term you haven’t used. After 14 days a charge is final for that period, though you can still cancel so it doesn’t renew.

The three-day trial exists so a school can decide before paying anything, and we would rather you used it than asked for money back later.

5. The school's data belongs to the school

Everything a school puts into Sukuu Report — its students, marks, remarks and report cards — remains the school’s. We hold it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other schools, and we do not use it to train anything.

A school may ask for an export of its data at any time, and may ask for it to be deleted. How we handle both is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy of results

The school is responsible for the marks and for what it publishes. We provide the tool that records, calculates and presents them. We do not verify that a mark is correct, that a student sat an examination, or that a report card should be released.

Averages, positions and grades are computed from the marks entered and the settings the school chooses. Changing those settings — the class and exam weighting, for instance — recalculates results, including for terms already published. That behaviour is deliberate, and the school is responsible for the consequences of changing them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to reach another school’s records, or any record you have not been given access to;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service, or work around any limit or access control in it;
  • use the service to store information unrelated to running a school;
  • resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement;
  • use it in any way that breaks Ghanaian law.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. Where we can foresee downtime we will give notice.

Results scheduled for automatic release go out at the time set or shortly afterwards. Where an outage delays them, they are released as soon as the service returns.

9. Ending the agreement

A school may stop using Sukuu Report at any time by cancelling in the billing settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where payment has failed repeatedly. Except in serious cases we will write first and give a chance to put it right.

10. Liability

Sukuu Report is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or reputation, or for the consequences of a school publishing a result it should not have published.

Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount that school paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email schools at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
